TerraTech was established in 2006, as a solution to a problem that was often overlooked and ignored. How do you get vehicles, people and equipment across inhospitable terrain and poor ground conditions, safely and efficiently?
Traditionally, plywood and sections of timber have been used to create a pathway or roadway into a project site. At first glance this may look like a solution, however it quickly becomes a problem as the plywood splinters, breaks, moves around and causes more issues than it solves.
Plywood is not cheap, and when you are purchasing large quantities that are destroyed each time you install it, then the economics start stacking up against this ‘solution’ before you even start considering the environmental costs.
Working closely with specialist manufacturers in Europe and the US, TerraTech took the initiative to introduce solutions that would be cost effective and specific to the region and the industries here.
We have listened to our clients and examined their needs and requirements, and we are confident that we have the best possible range of solutions available. From pedestrian pathways through to vehicle trackway and floating pontoons, we have a system that will meet your requirements and exceed your expectations.
All of our systems are proven in the field, and have been designed to do exactly what is required. In addition, we specify the raw material used in the manufacture to ensure that its capable of withstanding the intense heat and sunlight that we experience in the region.
As the company has grown, so has our client base. As well as supplying solutions to the events industry, we also work with the construction industry, sporting venues, government departments, marine industry, film industry and individual companies and organisations.
